Designing
The first and foremost step to creating your masterpiece is designing. We have a team of experienced and dedicated designers who will add life to your ideas. At OE Unity, we work closely with our customers to sketch innovative designs.
Computer-Aided Designing and Manufacturing
(CAD & CAM)
We use the latest technology of computer-aided designing and technically advanced software such as Rhino to create jewellery in digitalised mode.
This lets you experience the exact look of your final piece in the form of a rendered 3D image with accurate colours, giving you a glimpse of the final design.
Also, we are equipped with the latest printing technology for CAD models to use as the casting structure to ensure the jewellery piece’s perfection.
Waxing
Our waxing department uses state of the art technology and the latest machinery to create wax moulds of the item made with CAD, which will be used to cast out the piece.
Casting
This is where we bring your design to life. The wax moulds will be mixed into a casting powder and heated to create a bard mould. It is then put into the casting machine, where molten gold or platinum is poured into the mould and kept till it hardens and is removed.
Setting
Using various setting methods, our well-experienced team will use different grilling and finishing tools to set the required colour stones and diamonds.
Polishing
Bringing the shine to your piece. Once the filing procedure is complete, items will be sent to the polishing department for the first polishing to give them their sparkle. Various compounds coupled with the latest machinery will be used to bring out the best polish in each item.
Under this service, we offer different polishing types such as gloss finish, matte finish (sandblasting), and a combination of polishing methods to cater to the customers’ needs, ensuring every design detail.
Laser engraving & Plating
Plating
We can create your favourite jewellery pieces in an array of finishes, opening you up to a world of possibilities.
We satisfy our customers with their colour preferences in their jewellery pieces by offering gold and silver plating in shades of yellow gold, rose gold, white gold and silver. Not only does this change the design to suit you, but it also helps to protect your jewellery from tarnish and oxidation.
Engraving
We value the small messages you want to convey to your loved ones and society by wearing jewellery with written statements.
We respect your beliefs and opinions that you want to share in writing on your jewellery piece, and we facilitate that through long-lasting laser engraving methods and techniques we use at our factory. Further, engraving is done to inscribe the fabrication of the jewellery piece as well.
Final Finishing &
Quality Controlling
At this stage, the final look of the jewellery piece is achieved by fine-tuning all the manufactured elements. Our quality controlling process ensures the technical functioning, and the final look of the design is achieved by checking every stage of the process. Final QC is done to ensure it further.
